What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

The stunning view of the Matterhorn from my room was unforgettable. Staff provided exceptional service, arranging complimentary pickups and dropping off at the station. The varied sauna options were a relaxing treat after our adventures.

Sadly, the pillows were uncomfortable and in need of replacement. Also, breakfast options could be improved, as hot food was often cold by the time we arrived.

A View to Remember

Every morning we awoke to breathtaking views of the Matterhorn! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the sauna with traditional herbs was a delightful surprise after a long day.

However, the gym was a bit cramped and could use some more equipment. Also, the room felt a little dark at times due to the lighting.

we had a great time at 22 summits boutique! the phenomenal matterhorn view from our deluxe room was stunning. the room was stylish, comfy, and cozy. staff were super friendly and the breakfast offered was great. we also treated ourselves to a massage at the onsite spa, which was really relaxing!

just be mindful it’s a few minutes walk from the town center.

The stylish decor and spacious interiors made me feel welcomed and comfortable, suitable for both seniors and younger guests alike, with lovely accessible features that made my stay delightful.

I had a fantastic stay where I could easily walk to the Matterhorn ski lift in less than a 5-minute walk and explore the charming town center that was just a short stroll away, making my weekend getaway so enjoyable with the scenic sights around every corner.

Great massage and friendly staff, but pillows were uncomfortable.

The room was super cozy with a private bathroom and stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Loved the luxurious bathrobe and slippers. The sound of the nearby stream added to the relaxation. Don't miss the spa facilities with a hot tub and full body massages after a day of hiking!

The 22 Summits Boutique Hotel featured elegant, modern decor, and the spacious interiors accommodated seniors gracefully. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring my dining and mobility needs were well taken care of throughout my stay.

The room exuded comfort with a fantastic view of the Matterhorn right outside the window, making it a perfect retreat. Friendly staff were always available to assist, adding to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast included an impressive selection of fruits, meats, and traditional fish, ensuring a delightful start to the day. However, the pillows could use an upgrade for better comfort, and there were minor noise issues from neighboring rooms that disrupted the peace occasionally. Regardless, the overall experience was delightful.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect for exploring Zermatt, and the nearby ski lifts made our skiing adventures easy. The cozy atmosphere and well-decorated rooms added to the charm of our family vacation, especially for my teenage daughter.

In my wife’s opinion, a larger gym would be great for families.
